The first step in every person’s spiritual journey is to Connect to God, to encounter Him personally, understand His love, and embrace the plan He designed so that anyone can come to Him through faith in Jesus Christ. From that moment on, believers begin to draw from a boundless well of life-giving truth about our Creator. As we come to know the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit more deeply, our lives are transformed from the inside out.

Once a person begins to Connect to God, the next step is to Connect to His Word and learn more about who He is and how He desires us to live. At Maplehurst Baptist, we strive to equip every believer with the skills, tools, and passion to study Scripture for themselves and to grow in faith as they discover more about the amazing God we serve.
Connect to God's People
As believers grow in their relationship with God and His Word, it is vital to Connect with His people. God designed the Christian life to be lived in community, where encouragement, accountability, and love strengthen our walk with Him. At Maplehurst Baptist, we desire to build a fellowship of believers who support one another, serve together, and reflect the unity of Christ to the world.
Connect to God's Mission
Before Christ ascended to sit at the right hand of the Father, He gave us a very special commission. Like ambassadors sent to represent their King, our Lord has authorized and delegated every believer with a holy mission: to make disciples. At Maplehurst Baptist, we take this Great Commission very seriously. We encourage every member to Connect to His Mission by serving our local community in loving and helpful ways that further the gospel of Christ.
